Exchange and return

Request for exchange or return Any request for exchange or return must be communicated to the Customer Service Center for detailed instructions on the process. The footer of the website or the Contact page contains contact details for our customer service center.

Conditions for Exchange, Return or Regret on Purchase The maximum period is 7 days after receiving the product. The merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, that is: intact seals from the manufacturer and in the original packaging and with all accessories that accompany the product. It is important to highlight that the product box must also be in perfect condition, that is, the packaging must not have been damaged or tampered with. It is clarified that the product MAY NOT HAVE BEEN USED.

Shipping for Exchange, Return or Regret on Purchase The shipping cost for returning the merchandise will be the responsibility of the online store, at no additional cost to the consumer. The consumer must request an exchange, return or right of withdrawal within a maximum period of 7 days after receiving the merchandise. The shipping flow will be explained by our service team, which will depend on the quantity and size of the product that will be returned. Attention! When the product arrives, its condition will be analyzed and if the product is found to be used, the exchange or return may be refused, and the product will be returned.

Return of value to Card After receiving the product at our Distribution Center and approving the return or exchange by analyzing the items, we will send the refund request to the credit card administrator, who in turn has the deadline to process the request in accordance with the policy of each credit card administrator. The refunded amount may be refunded on future invoices, which is the policy of the card administrator.

Return of the amount Boleto, Pix or Transfer The refund of the amount will be processed after approval of the return by analyzing the items in our Distribution Center and will be made through reimbursement to a checking or savings account. When requesting an exchange or return, bank details must be provided.

Warranty Time

For returns, products must be sent in their original packaging and if misuse is found, the cost will be borne by the buyer.

Shipping

All products will be shipped according to the chosen method, within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery time varies depending on the shipping method contracted.

With regard to personal address, payment and order content data, they will not be used for purposes other than processing the orders placed.
